("Belron Canada") and the applications, functionality, products, services, information and other materials available on and through this Web site (collectively, the "Site"), by a user ("you" or "user"), is subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, as well as any other agreements, notices, policies, disclaimers, or restrictions posted on the Site (collectively, the "Terms of Use"). Please read these Terms of Use carefully. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use whether or not you have read them. If you do not agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use, do not access this Site. Belron Canada may at its sole discretion modify these Terms of Use at any time and such modifications will be effective immediately upon being posted on this Site. Belron Canada grants to you a limited license, without the right to sublicense, to access and use the Site for lawful uses only. Password Security. The Vanfax Dealer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the user id and/or passwords for its purchasing account on www.vanfax.com.

Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Belron Canada, its affiliates, subsidiaries, independent contractors, licensors, service providers and consultants, and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees and partners (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any claims, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the Materials, including without limitation, any actual or threatened suit, demand or claim made against the Indemnified Parties arising out of or relating to your conduct, your violation of these Terms of Use or your violation of the rights of any third party.

Children. Belron Canada does not knowingly market to, or solicit or collect personal information from children under the age 18.

Acceptable Use Policy. The Site has been designed for business use only. You will not use the Site for any purpose which is improper, unlawful, abusive, harassing, libellous, defamatory, obscene or threatening, or in any unlawful manner or in any other manner that could disable, impair, overburden or damage the Site or which violates these Terms of Use. By submitting any Personal Information (as defined in applicable legislation), in connection with your use of any comments and/or communications function offered through the Site, you agree that Belron Canada may collect, use and disclose such Personal Information in order to answer your questions or requests. The file containing your Personal Information will be kept at our premises or on our servers and our employees, agents and mandataries and those of our affiliates or service providers who require it for the purposes of their duties will have access to this file. Cookies. In general, Belron Canada or its mandataries, agents or service providers, may collect generic information automatically to help Belron Canada understand more about where the Site traffic comes from, to make the Site more helpful to visitors and to improve the quality and usefulness of the Site. General. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to conflict of law principles.

Any waiver of any provision contained in these Terms of Use shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any other right, term or provision of these Terms of Use. If any provision in these Terms of Use shall be or become wholly or partially invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the extent it is legal, enforceable and valid and the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall in no way be affected or impaired thereby.
